山药玉米汤

材料:鸡肉/排骨,稽子,红枣,山药,玉米半条

 

 

步骤(1)将山药切皮洗干净,然后切小块
 
 
步骤(2)鸡肉/排骨用沸水去血水一遍
步骤(3)稽子和红枣洗一洗,玉米切半
步骤(4)最后将全部材料放进锅里用文火煲2至3个小时,放盐调味
 
 
滋补脾胃,清甜好喝
 
 
好喝秘诀:玉米半条就好,不然玉米味会太重,至少要煲两小时半,才会够火候够出味。
